Chocolate bird's nest

This is one of the chocolate bird's nests I had made in class last week however because I had not finished during class time, it was taken home to be finished. This is one of the two photos I had gotten of it. The nest or basket however you want to call it was made with milk and dark chocolate, the filling is white chocolate mousse. This was all made from scratch. I know it's not the best looking thing but it was my first try.
